Be prepared for rain and high water table.
- Make sure sump pumps work and drain far enough from house
- Arraign for furnace and electric to be raised if known water accumulation.
- Contact your insurance agent to clarify flood and water damage coverage.
- Do not cross roads that are covered with moving water. They may be hollow underneath or can wash vehicle off road.
